Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone expects Luis Suarez to take charge today against Osasuna.

Simeone spoke to the press ahead of the game, where he insists his side must continue to take things step by step.

Much has been made of the fact that Luis Suarez has not scored in five LaLiga games, but Simeone believes the Uruguayan will find his form in what is a crucial part of the campaign, given the type of player he is.

"We hope that when Joao Felix is involved, he will give us what he can and show how important he is. The team needs him," Simeone said.

"As for Luis, we are now entering Suarez territory. It is the ideal time for a footballer like him to find the solutions to what we might encounter. He's used to this kind of game."

Beyond the obvious anticipation of clinching LaLiga Santander, Simeone is just focused on the next game.

"We continue in the same way, as always," he said.

"We are concerned with the match against Osasuna, a team that always compete and will do so tomorrow as well.

"We are going to try to come through our match, which is the most important thing. I see the team with excitement and enthusiasm."
