Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann is adamant there's much more to come from Thomas Lemar.

Griezmann spoke of his France teammate after victory over Champions League opponents Club Bruges.

He said, "Lemar is one of the few players to quickly find his place in the team's first eleven, which shows the confidence of Diego Simeone.

"For us, he's a very important player, but I know him. I saw him in training and playing for Monaco, and I can say that he is still not at his level.

"We will appreciate him even more when it is in top shape."
