Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann was delighted to score in their Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund.

Atletico won 2-0 to get their campaign back on track.

"We really wanted to do well for the club for what they gave us in Germany, we learned from our mistakes," said Griezmann.

"We gave a very good image, we had important players injured and the team responded, as always, this is Atlético.

"We had a lot of enthusiasm today and we did a great job, and those who came in contributed a lot, this is the line to follow."

On the Ballon d'Or, he added: "I do not know, I want to enjoy and play football, nights like this give me joy to be here in this club."
