Athletic Bilbao striker Nico Williams feels his football has gone to a new level this season.

Williams is in Luis de la Fuente's Spain squad this week.

"I see myself physically stronger, before I couldn't last 90 minutes," he said.

Nico also recalled how older brother Inaki Williams would push him to develop both sides of his body.

"He insisted a lot when I was a juvenile that I learn to use my left leg. It is a unique virtue," he commented. "If I mess up, he'll smack me!

"Sometimes he gets a little heavy."
