Aston Villa young gun Grealish will learn from errors - Watford boss Flores

Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores is confident Jack Grealish will soon learn from his mistakes.

The Aston Villa talent has been dropped by Remi Garde for this weekend's meeting with Flores' Hornets at Villa Park after he was seen partying following the 4-0 loss to Everton last weekend.

The Spaniard was questioned on Villa's stance towards Grealish and agrees with the fact that Garde has opted to punish him but insists it will be a good lesson for the 20-year-old.

"When he is playing it is a very difficult team," said Flores. "But I understand the decision of the coach or the clubs when something strange [happens] out of the profession.

"The behaviour of the player is not the best. Sometimes younger players need to make mistakes and learn."
