Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings is out for the remainder of 2019.
The Daily Mail says Mings will miss at least the rest of 2019 with Villa as the club expect him to be out for a minimum of three weeks.
The England defender damaged his hamstring early in Villa's 4-1 home defeat by Leicester last Sunday - although questions were asked of the Villa management when he was initially allowed to stay on after treatment, as his inability to chase Jamie Vardy for a through-ball gave the Foxes forward a clear run on goal.
Mings had a scan on Monday night and the initial prognosis is that he will miss the Premier League matches against Sheffield United, Southampton, Norwich and Watford, as well as the Carabao Cup quarter-final against Liverpool on Tuesday.
