Aston Villa star Jack Grealish has revealed how Gareth Southgate motivated him before his match-winning substitution against Germany.
Grealish entered the match in the 69th minute with the scores tied at 0-0.
He played a role in Raheem Sterling's 75th minute opener before assisting Harry Kane to help seal victory.
"He (Southgate) just told me to go on and express myself, and play the way I usually do, with a smile on my face," Grealish told BBC Sport.
"I went on and did that, and luckily for me I created one of the goals."
