The young centre-back has joined Villa from Brentford and is looking forward to being coached by assistant manager Terry.
Konsa, 21, said: "I can't wait to get started with Dean again and especially John Terry. Me and Dean had a good relationship.
"And also you have a legend here who used to be a centre-back in John Terry , I think it will help me a lot.
"It is a dream come true, as a little kid I always used to dream about playing in the Premier League.
"It is a privilege and challenge I look forward to very much."
