Chicago Fire midfielder Nico Gaitan is being linked with a move to England ahead of the January market.

The former Atletico Madrid and Benfica attacker is emerging as a cut-price target for several Premier League clubs.

West Ham United, Aston Villa and Sheffield United are all interested in Gaitan.

The Argentina international comes off contract next month and is open to a return to Europe over the New Year.

Gaitan had a year with the Fire, having been snapped up from China's Dalian Yifang.
