Aston Villa are seeking buyers for a raft of fringe players.
The Daily Mail says they have already broken their transfer record to sign Brentford striker Ollie Watkins in a deal that could be worth £33m, as well as signing right-back Matty Cash for £16m from Nottingham Forest. Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is poised to join from Arsenal, along with Lyon winger Bertrand Traore, who had a medical on Monday.
Villa could take their spending beyond £100m for the second successive summer if they can agree a deal for Werder Bremen attacker Milot Rashica, and sign another centre-forward.
The club will listen to offers for a number of players who signed permanently after promotion in 2019, including Frederic Guilbert, Bjorn Engels, Marvelous Nakamba, Anwar El Ghazi and Mbwana Samatta, along with winger Jota, midfielder Henri Lansbury and goalkeepers Orjan Nyland and Lovre Kalinic.
