Aston Villa have joined the race for unsettled Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard.
The Sun says Villa are the latest club to be linked with Lingard.
It was reported yesterday that Sheffield United are keen to to sign Lingard on loan in a bid to boost their survival hopes.
And now Dean Smith and Aston Villa are eyeing a deal for the out of favour playmaker.
West Brom, Celtic and Rangers have also been linked, but the Manchester Evening News reports any club that signs Lingard on loan would be expected to pay the majority of his £100,000-a-week wages.
