Aston Villa are interested in Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

Ramsey is expected to leave Juve this month, with it agreed between player and management that it is time to move on.

Newcastle United are in contact with the former Arsenal star and regarded as favourites to sign the Wales international.

But Gazzetta dello Sport says Villa are also keen on bringing Ramsey back to the Premier League.

A move away on-loan is expected for Ramsey this week.
