Aston Villa will try and sign Tammy Abraham if they win promotion to the Premier League.

The 21-year-old has bagged himself 26 goals for Villa this season, including a penalty in Saturday's Championship play-off win over West Bromwich Albion.

Abraham signed with Villa on loan from Chelsea last summer.

If the Midlands club manage to get through the play-offs, the Telegraph says they will offer Chelsea £25million for Abraham's signature.
