Aston Villa are still standing by manager Paul Lambert after their FA Cup dumping by Millwall.

The club insist they will stand by their under-fire boss after this FA Cup fourth round defeat at Championship side Millwall, but they may be unable to resist fan pressure.

Lambert said: "I will keep on fighting. The blows keep on coming but there are two ways you can deal with it. You can accept it, or you can come out fighting."
