Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn has been named Scotland's Player of the Year.
The Birmingham Mail says McGinn isn't nearly done with his 19/20 season, but he's been branded as a 'player of the year'.
The Villa midfielder has been named as the Scottish Football Writers International Player of the Year after an incredible season with the Scottish international team.
In the Tartan Army's Euro 2020 qualifying group campaign, McGinn scored seven goals, putting a hat-trick past minnows San Marino, as well as scoring against Cyprus and Kazakhstan.
The midfielder is now raring to go after injuring his ankle back in December. Villa's June 17 fixture against Sheffield United will be McGinn's first competitive match since just before Christmas.
