USA national team manager Juergen Klinsmann is not interested in the Aston Villa job according to reports.
ESPN FC suggests that the German tactician has absolutely no plans to leave his post with US Soccer despite reports in the UK suggesting otherwise.
Villa sacked Paul Lambert on Wednesday and immediately former Inter Milan, Tottenham and Bayern Munich striker Klinsmann was closely linked with the vacancy.
However, recent reports indicate that Klinsmann is content in his role as US boss and is only focused on that rather than trying to improve a struggling English club whose owner Randy Lerner is keen to sell.
