Aston Villa plan to interview five coaches for the vacant manager's job this week.
The Sun says caretaker boss Kevin MacDonald joins a five-man shortlist of candidates to replace Martin O'Neill, who quit Villa last month.
But Villa sources insist the list does not include Everton's David Moyes - whose odds to be the next Villa boss tumbled over the weekend -- or Fulham manager Mark Hughes, who was being tipped to replace O'Neill at the end of last season before moving to Craven Cottage.
