Aston Villa fear losing Chelsea legend John Terry after Saturday's Premier League promotion playoff against Fulham.

He will be offered a new one-year deal to continue playing if Villa are promoted back to the Premier League and has previously publicly pledged to stay for another crack at the top-flight.

The Mirror says Terry also has more lucrative offers to keep playing in China and MLS.

It means Terry intends to take a family holiday in Portugal after the play-off final where he will consider all options on the table.

These include potential coaching options as he has publicly stated his ambitions to be a boss in future.
