Aston Villa are eyeing Werder Bremen striker Milot Rashica.

The Kosovo international has emerged as a big money January target for Villa boss Dean Smith.

Eurosport says Villa are preparing an offer of €35-40m for Rashica.

Werder are currently in new contract talks with Rashica, who's current deal runs to 2022.

For his part, it's been suggested the 23 year-old will only leave Werder for a Champions League club.
