Aston Villa encouraged as West Ham unable to meet Chelsea demands for Abraham

West Ham United are unwilling to meet Chelsea's demands for Tammy Abraham.

The Blues are open to selling their academy graduate this summer as they look to sign a big money number nine,.

Harry Kane and Erling Haaland are both being touted as potential arrivals for Thomas Tuchel's side.

However, Eurosport says the £40m price-tag on Abraham is too expensive for the Hammers.

That leaves Aston Villa as the sole suitor for Abraham, who spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Villa Park.

The Midlands outfit could bolster their coffers with the sale of Jack Grealish, who is the target of a £90m transfer from Manchester City.

However, Villa are still hopeful of keeping Grealish this summer.
