Aston Villa are chasing Barcelona midfielder Alex Hleb.

The Daily Star Sunday says Villa have been alerted by his camp claiming he wants to come back to England since his move to Barcelona has turned sour.

Villa manager Martin O'Neill is scouring Europe to replace departed Gareth Barry and Hleb fits the bill.
