Bosman pair Luis Suarez and Franck Kessie are on Aston Villa's radar.

Villa - led by ex-Liverpool ace Steven Gerrard - are intent on breaking into the Premier League's 'Big Six'.

The Daily Express says they reckon Suarez and Kessie can help them penetrate the elite group.

Both players will be out of contract in the summer - meaning Villa can begin negotiations with the pair.

Suarez, who lifted four La Liga titles with Barcelona and one with Atletico Madrid - may be lured to the Midlands by the prospect of reuniting with former Reds comrade Gerrard.

However, acquiring Kessie may prove to be a harder task for Gerrard and Villa.

They'll have to fend off interest from several major clubs including Man United and Barcelona for the AC Milan anchorman.

Plus, the 25-year-old Ivory Coast international has reportedly already agreed terms with the Catalan titans who are undergoing a revamp under new boss Xavi.
