Aston Villa boss Dean Smith will take time in replacing assistant coach John Terry.
The England and Chelsea legend departed the Villa Park club as he looks to carve out a career as a manager.
Per the Express and Star, Smith has Craig Shakespeare and Richard O'Kelly on his backroom staff at present.
He is happy with those two and will not rush a replacement for Terry, as he believes finding the right person is more important than acting quickly.
Terry recently confirmed that he spent several weeks deciding whether to stay or leave to pursue his ambitions of being a head coach.
