Aston Villa boss Dean Smith has laughed off talk of a £60m buyout clause in Jack Grealish's contract.

Grealish, a target for Tottenham, is expected to leave Villa this summer, should the club fail to get promoted to the Premier League.

Spurs want Grealish for £25m, though have been referred to his buyout clause.

"I can't say anything on it," Smith joked.

“If it was me (deciding the figure), it would probably be more!"
