Aston Villa boss Dean Smith is ready to test himself against Unai Emery when they go to Arsenal on Sunday.
Villa travel to the Emirates in the Premier League on Sunday with Smith having studied his opposite number Emery.
Smith observed Emery when the Spaniard was in charge at Valencia during his Pro Licence course and is eager to face him again.
"He has a wealth of experience at the top level and it'll be another chess match this weekend," said Smith.
"I did my Pro Licence and went to do a study visit at Valencia when he was there.
"We played a pre-season friendly against Arsenal when I was at Brentford and then we drew them in the League Cup last year [losing 3-1]. We've had some good games against him already."
