German goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel is interesting Aston Villa.
The Mirror says Villa are set to bid £1million for Tremmel.
Tremmel, 30, is poised to leave Energie Cottbus and Villa want another keeper after selling Stuart Taylor to Manchester City yesterday.
