Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood believes he holds a trump card in the battle for Charlton Athletic midfielder Jordan Cousins.
Villa are among a host of clubs eyeing Cousins this summer.
The 21-year-old has 12 months left on his current deal at the Valley, where he's been a regular since breaking into the first-team two years ago.
And selling him for a reasonable fee might the only choice available to the Addicks, with Newcastle United and Liverpool also interested, says the Express & Star.
However, Cousins was under the stewardship in his early days at Charlton of Mark Robson, who is now first-team coach at Villa Park.
