Aston Villa have settled terms with USA youth international Indiana Vassilev over a new contract.
The forward has signed a new two-year deal which will keep him at Villa Park until the summer of 2022, reports the Birmingham Mail.
Vassilev has been a regular for the Under 23s this season and made his first team debut when he came on for Marvelous Nakamba against Fulham in the FA Cup in January.
He has since made a further three appearances for the club, coming off the bench in the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg at Leicester before featuring in the Premier League against Brighton and Watford.
He joined Villa in 2018, having impressed their scouts at the 2017 Under 17s World Cup.
