Aston Villa are once again looking at Galatasaray defender Christian Luyindama, according to reports.

The DR Congo international was a target for Dean Smith during the January transfer window.

But Luyindama suffered a terrible knee injury in November that required surgery.

RTBF in Belgium reports that Villa will reassess their interest in the 26-year-old this upcoming summer.

West Ham United and Everton have recently been linked with the centre-back.
