Aster Vranckx: Joining AC Milan a big step in my career

Aster Vranckx is delighted joining AC Milan.

The VfL Wolfsburg defender has joined Milan on a season-long with the option to buy.

Vranckx told MilanTV: “First of all, I think it's a big step in my career. I will try to give all my best for the club, hopefully become champions again. For me it means that there are no limits in life, that you just have to keep going for what you always dreamed about, and to never give up.

“I think I am a midfielder with a lot of running and strength, and I also have good feet. I think it's also nice that there are other Belgian players, I know Alexis (Saelemaekers) and Divock (Origi) but not as good as Charles. I felt good immediately when I arrived here.

“When I think about Milan, I think about players like Ronaldinho and Kaka, these two are players that I really like. The league is tactic and with high quality, it made me even more excited to join the club.

“No.40, it's the number I have had since I started and that's why I chose it. I'm very happy to be here and I will give all my best for the club,"
