Colombia great Tino Asprilla has offered advice to James Rodriguez as he struggles to find a move away from Everton.

James is out of the plans of manager Rafa Benitez and available for transfer.

Asprilla told ESPN: "He has to play well, train well, not 'show off' more, talk less and play more. It's the only thing he has to do.

"James has to understand once and for all that this is the last one he's going to have, so does he grab it or ... Why where else is he going to go play next? He knows, he has to be a smart boy and to know that, if he goes to Atlético de Madrid, it is the last chance.

"And it is the last chance to be able to be in the World Cup, which is what he wants and we all want."
