Juwon Oshaniwa is reportedly close to joining Scottish champions Celtic.
The 22-year old Nigerian left-back is set to link up with international teammate Efe Ambrose at Celtic Park following the central defenders move from the same Israeli club in August last year.
Oshaniwa has his fingers crossed that a deal will soon be sorted: "There are ongoing discussions on the move for me to go to Scotland. Once they are done, then everybody will have a clearer picture.
"It is God that has the final say, but they are already talking with my club president.
"My preparations with Nigeria (for the African Cup of Nations) did not allow me go to Scotland to do some of the things that I am required to do.
"But by God's grace everything will work out well with Celtic."
