Asamoah can see Spurs boss Conte making Juventus return

Former Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah can see Antonio Conte returning to Turin.

The Tottenham manager Antonio Conte continues to be linked with Max Allegri's job at Juve.

Asked if he'd be surprised if Conte made a return, the Ghanaian told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "No, because I've understood that anything can happen in football.

“Conte is a world-class coach and already did a great job in the past, which continued with Allegri, another excellent coach."

Asamoha played for Conte with the Bianconeri.

“The first memory is from the end of 2013-14. We had won the title, but Conte didn't want to relax," he said.

“He wanted us to be 100% focused because he wanted to reach the record for points in Serie A, 102. We made it in the end, and we were all so satisfied. He always wants the best from everyone and he does the same. He cares about details so much, you can get a pass wrong, but not the position."
