Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is happy to have more options in central midfield after the return of Thomas Partey.
Last summer's big money signing from Atletico Madrid has not quite hit the heights expected when he arrived to the Premier League.
Injuries have held back Partey so far as a Gunner, but Arteta hopes his all-action midfielder will be able to help the team starting with Norwich City at the weekend.
Asked if Partey and new signing Albert Sambi Lokonga was his ideal midfield duo, Arteta responded during a press conference: "Depending on who we have available and the formation we're going to use, if we're going to play with two holders or one holder, we will have some options there as well, with the arrival of Martin and with Emile who can play in those pockets.
"It will depend."
