The honeymoon period is officially over for Arsenal after they suffered a 2-1 home loss to Wolves on Sunday.
The Gunners are in 14th with ten matches played this season after they lost their third home game of the season against Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
There was a shocking start to the game after Raul Jimenez and David Luiz clashed heads with five minutes on the clock.
Mexico international Jimenez was treated on the field for ten minutes and eventually stretchered off and taken to hospital, while Luiz stayed on until half-time.
Pedro Neto scored the game's opening goal after 27 minutes, only for Gabriel to header an equaliser three minutes later.
But Wolves showed their prowess on the counter-attack to restore their lead through Daniel Podence.
Adama Traore beat Granit Xhaka far too easy on the half-way line before finding Neto whose shot was deflected and spilled by Bernd Leno.
Podence picked up the loose ball and lifted it brilliantly over Gabriel and rattled it into the back of the net.
Mikel Arteta's side pushed for an equaliser but never looked like scoring against a resolute Wolves outfit who fully deserved their victory, which now takes them into sixth on the table.
Arsenal's tally of 13 points is their lowest after their opening 10 matches of any league campaign since the 1981-82 season.
