Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says the club is exploring holding more open training sessions on request of Granit Xhaka.
Xhaka has said he wants to have open training sessions to allow the fans to see how hard the players work.
Arteta revealed: "I think anything that brings us closer to our supporters we have to do it. The club is looking into that."
On Xhaka, he also said: "He doesn't need the armband to be one of the leaders, it's his personality and the way that he approaches his profession that makes him a special player.
"I think it's very important for the team, he's showing that. What we need from him is that he performs well or even better and that's the aim."
