Arsenal's Wilshere can only see benefits of playing for England U21's

Jack Wilshere is looking forward to the European Under-21 Championship with England, feeling the experience will stand him in good stead for the future and for his full Three Lions chances. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger claimed Wilshere's health would be put at risk as a result of his selection for the finals in Denmark, with the midfielder having already played more than 50 games for club and country this season.

But Wilshere can only see a benefit of taking part if England live up to their billing as pre-tournament favourites.

"If I do go and we win it, it can only be good for me," Wilshere told the June edition of the official Arsenal magazine.
