Arsenal's Kolo Toure has successfully completed a medical at Eastlands and is now ready to begin negotiations over personal terms about his move to Manchester City. Skysports.com understands that Toure has agreed a four-year deal and City will pay the Gunners £15m for his services.
However, the 28-year-old has yet to reach agreement with Arsenal over a severance package, which includes the pay and benefits owed to the Emirates Stadium club.
