Arsenal defender Gavin Hoyte hopes to move out on-loan next season.

"I am hoping to be playing in the Championship for a team on loan [next season]," Hoyte told Arsenal.com. "That would be ideal. Jay Simpson is a great example to us because of what he achieved at Millwall.

"You can tell with him that he has come back a better player. He tells us how different it is to be playing for a side like that. You always need to win at that level and having that gives a player an extra edge."
