Arsenal's Arshavin anxious to test himself against Man Utd

Arsenal midfielder Andrey Arshavin is looking forward to facing Manchester United.

Arshavin was Cup-tied from their Champions League defeat to United and said: "After that game our players were deeply upset, I can even put it like this - they felt crushed. At the Emirates, United showed outstanding football.

"But that only adds interest to this next match against this team: we have a lot to prove both to ourselves and to them.

"We'll only manage to win if we can find their weaknesses, which is not easy. On the surface only strong features are visible.

"A very good goalkeeper, probably the best defence in the world - and a perfect attacking line with Rooney, Berbatov and particularly Ronaldo.

"The Portuguese forward generally means a lot for them - take him away and United would be much weaker."
