Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe has apologised after his reckless red-card in the goalless draw with Leeds United on Sunday.
The Ivorian was shown a straight red after he head butted Leeds defender Ezgjan Alioski.
He will now miss Arsenal's next three matches against Wolves, Tottenham and Burnley.
"I have let my team down at a crucial time of the game and there is no excuses for my behaviour," said Pepe on Instagram.
"I'm deeply sorry and would like to apologise to the fans, my team-mates, my coach and everyone else at the club."
