Arsenal are ready to up their bid for Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer.
The Daily Star Sunday says the Gunners have already had two inquiries for the Aussie No.1 rejected by Mark Hughes' club, including a £2million offer last Thursday.
But they plan to return this week with an improved £4m bid, which will meet Fulham's valuation, having accepted Schwarzer, 37, is the best option available to solve their keeper crisis.
