Arsenal will trigger Remy's QPR buyout clause

Arsenal are confident closing a deal for QPR striker Loic Remy. The Daily Mail says Arsenal are ready to trigger the £8million clause in the Frenchman's contract.

He is currently at the World Cup as France prepare for their quarter-final clash with Germany.

Remy impressed during a loan spell at Newcastle last season, where he scored 14 goals in 24 starts for the Magpies.
