Arsenal and Tottenham are tracking Basel defender Fabian Schar.
The 21 year-old was watched by scouts from both clubs, along with Inter Milan representatives, in Champions League action at Chelsea last week.
Swiss media sources say both Arsenal and Spurs are serious about signing Schar, though are yet to make direct contact with Basel.
