St Lucia international Zaine Pierre, 17, has some of the Premier League's biggest clubs eyeing his transfer.
The Mirror says Pierre, who plays as an attacking midfielder, trained with Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester City and Stoke City last year, but couldn't sign due to work permit restrictions.
Pierre, who turns 18 in September, is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in world football and is keen to make a name for himself in Europe.
Pierre was tipped for the top by ex-Spurs forward Les Ferdinand after he coached him as part of a talent-search project in the Caribbean in May.
