Arsenal and Tottenham are going head-to-head for Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.
Sportski says Tottenham and Arsenal have been watching the 22 year-old Croatia international this season, with both North London giants in the market for a new defensive midfielder.
Signed from Lokomotiva for €2.4 million, Dinamo are now insisting closer to €20 million for Brozovic.
The club's sports chief Zdravko Mamic insists: "We have no proposals. If someone wants to have one of our key players, then that is only possible with a memorable bid that blows my socks off.
"That is my principle."
