Chelsea are actively encouraging offers for David Luiz ahead of the January market.

The Daily Star says it is understood that Chelsea are willing to listen to offers of £30m for the Arsenal target.

The Blues are now open to letting the Brazilian leave in January if a club match the £30m they paid Paris St-Germain for him in August 2016.

And London rivals Arsenal are eager to bolster their backline with the centre-back.

Real Madrid and Inter Milan have also been linked with Luiz this week.
