Arsenal target Zaha informs Crystal Palace of transfer decision

Wilfried Zaha has told Crystal Palace he wants to leave the club this summer after returning from the African Cup of Nations.

Arsenal are keen on the talented winger, despite dealing with a small transfer budget this summer.

But Palace boss Roy Hodgson revealed last week that the Gunners weren't 'anywhere near' their valuation of the Ivory Coast international.

There could be hope for Arsenal if Zaha forces through a move.

Sky Sports says the 26-year-old has informed Palace of his desire to leave Selhurst Park.

Zaha's brother has publicly stated that he would to love join boyhood heroes Arsenal.
