Orkun Kokcu isn't rushing out the door at Feyenoord.

The Turkey U21 midfielder is a target for Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta and Sevilla.

However, Kokcu has intimated he's happy in Rotterdam working under Dick Advocaat: "He is very important to me.

"I have to say: in the beginning I also heard all the stories, like: 'Dick Advocaat doesn't work much with youth'.

"I heard that too, so at the beginning I thought: I'm curious what will happen, but since day one I saw that he had confidence in me. He immediately said what I should do in the next game. Then I thought well: the trainer sees it in me.

"I have a really good relationship with Advocaat. He is a trainer with a lot of experience, he explained to me how everything works at the top. That has opened my eyes."
