Arsenal target Goretzka bags two to send Germany into Confederations Cup final

Arsenal target Leon Goretzka scored a first-half brace to help Germany to a 4-1 win over Mexico in the semi-final of Confederations Cup.

Besides the Schalke midfielder, Timo Werner and Amin Younes both scored a goal each in the second half to complete the scoring for their nation. Fabian scored a consolation 30-year screamer for Mexico late in the game.

The Germans will now play South American champions Chile in the final of the tournament.

Goretzka, who will become a free agent at Schalke in 2018, is attracting interests from Arsenal and Bayern Munich.
